Contact: Scott Andress

PITTSFIELD, IL. – Your local Whitetail Properties Land Specialist, Aaron Milliken, is continuing to grow his business after ten years in real estate. Recently, just as Pike County has seen Whitetail Properties Real Estate expand its corporate headquarters, Milliken is growing his team to continue connecting more buyers and sellers and helping them reach their land ownership goals.
Local Pike County native, Scott Andress – owner of Pike County Archery, is the newest addition to Milliken’s team. Pike County Archery continues to grow every year and Andress says “The shop isn’t going anywhere! When Aaron approached me about this idea, I was very excited about the opportunity to join his team.” Owning and operating Pike County Archery for over twenty years, Andress has made many connections with local landowners and out of state hunters. “This is another way of helping people that come to Western Illinois, find land,” Andress said.

Specializing in hunting and farm land, Andress pointed out that unfortunately, landowners sometimes don’t realize the outdoor opportunities that add value to their property.

“Pike County has the best opportunities for hunters,” said Andress. “A lot of landowners don’t realize the true market value of their property when outdoor recreational opportunities are involved. We want to help them understand and realize that value so their goals can be met.”

Milliken’s team are experts at understanding and identifying key features such as wooded acreage, CRP, pasture, tillable acres and water that are prime habitat for wildlife.

Andress’ expertise in Illinois land comes from working as a Land Specialist for Whitetail Properties Real Estate – the industry leaders in hunting, ranch, farm and timber land.

According to Andress, Pike County is still known for its world-class whitetail and waterfowl hunting. These opportunities attract outdoor enthusiasts and investors from both in and out of Illinois’ borders, as well as metro areas within reasonable driving distance.

“The time is right to market land as a hunting and recreational property,” said Andress. “As a national company operating in more than 28 states, we offer exposure to a nationwide network of outdoor enthusiasts and land investors – many who are already considering owning property in West Central, Illinois.”
